Hmmm definitely catering to younger first timer types. They should also engage a certain established local comedy actor to target those uncles who aspire to keep the china wifey here, and also some female tv host who has anger management problem to target the single mums, spinster, or divorcee groups. Alan Tern and wife is target young family. Felicia is target well heeled young single professionals.

Parc Rosewood in Woodlands found buyers for 120 units at an average price of $1,000 psf. This was up from the $925 psf to $998 psf price range when it was first previewed late last month.

Last week's transactions brought total sales to more than 510 at the 689-unit project. It is jointly developed by Fragrance Group and World Class Land.

Thank you for your support of MM. Just dont fight with me for tenant or usage of facilities upon TOP. Most mass market upgraders are your typical Singaporeans who will MAXimise their maintenance fees by trying to use all available facilities at least once every day. I have personally seen the same faces every weekend at the pits. And i dont mean F1.

I was being sarcastic la... So many units i would never have bought it. I hope the various sections of landscaping provide some breathing space relief for the owners who bought. As a rule i dont buy anything over 100 units.
