The Interlace sold 698 out of 1040 units. slightly better than D'Leedon. Projects like this are only meant for buyers with a lot of guts. Developer has more than 1000 units on hand. If they fire sale just 1 stack only, the rest of buyers will fall flat. Homogenous tiles and laminated flooring for bedroom. Low quality looking vanity top and fittings. All these for $1900 psf.
