Think they still have units of various sizes, including last 2 1 bedders when I was there couple weeks back. Think they still have a number of large units was especially interested of their 4 bedder which was 1163 sq feet. Although the 4th bed room was more of a study

Hi, I'm pretty late in joining this thread... Was down at the showflat last weekend and looks like there's only one unit left on stack 01, pretty low floor .... .. Agent brought me over to River Isle to meet the developer rep and he said, sorry, no further discount... so bad, $1 also don't give...

Is yours the 1292 sqft? The unit on offer has west sun for the master bedroom though and I think its stack 14 if I don't remember wrongly. Your unit might be bigger with better facing lah...

Riversails opposite the road will undercut its pricing. Allgreen bought the land for only 290 psf ppr. The lowest since 2009.

I think the numbers are remarkable already. Remaining units facing probably not as good as those launched earlier and sold. The landscaping beautiful for this development. For those who purchased already, they will be probably be happy with unsold units as means less crowded n developer have to pay maintenance fees for the remaining units.
