Corporate or Personal Lease - any issues?

Hi all, a newbie here & wanted to learn from all the bros & sis here.
Believe the trend is now the company give the employees a housing allowance & he/ she arrange rental. Meaning it will be personal instead of corporate lease.
Is personal lease a no-no and what are the differences?
P.S. hope this is not too dumb a question.

Corporate lease
Pro
- company payments reliable as long as company reliable
Con
- as it is leased to company, they can change staff anytime, so likely upkeep is not so good

Private lease
- opposite of above.

Not sure but some agents told me that corporate lease usually can get a bit more than market rate ... but these days, maybe that has changed.

So far, never had any corporate lease tenants, so cannot judge but my private tenants so far so good.
One ex-colleague used to lease to a Jap company and he was pretty happy with it too.

Main difference.

Private lease. Tenant mess up and destroy your unit, don't pay and run away. Nothing you can do.

Corporate lease. If it's a big company.... no such worry....
