PI and PO were up for sale in April and July 2012 respectively. HP was up for sale in April 2011.
Considering that HP was for sale one year (plus) before PI and PO, I had to determine that HP progress is slow, comparatively.

For my unit at HP, alas, to date, I have not received the 2nd 10% call for payment (for reinforced concrete framework - something like that). Hence, my above conclusion and doubt of TOP in 2014.

The construction sequence seems to be Blk 79->77->75->71->71->83->81->87->85->89.

It has been a while since there's any updates on HP. I've drove past this evening and didn't notice any significant change.

My agent who watsapp me on New Year Eve said everything is on schedule. Anyone has any info if construction is indeed on time?

I've been there 1 Jan ,still no wall T_T. And a huge converting station built beside the BL 71 which I haven't been noticed before. Although it is located out of our zone , really close!

The station beside blk 71 was built in dec. But other than that, no other visible progress.
So worried. Really can complete on time, ie end of august this year, as stated on the big white board? I wonder...

Finally got my brick walls 5% notice.

Kinda worried. Stack 31-35 was certified completed only on 15th Jan. And only till #05.

Not optimistic that TOP can occur this year...

1) Substation structure constructed and painted white.
2) Sliding doors and windows installed in many units.
3) Interior flooring is being done up.
4) Car park below Marina Boating Pool area is constructed. Currently they are working on the Marina Pool itself. Can see the outlines of the Marina Pool already.
