    the last 110 unit CCR project by Huttons was Gilstead 2. probably used same template and forgot to change the no. LOL.

    Some developers of properties in the prime districts are already trying to woo buyers back to the market by offering discounts.
    Agents marketing the Verv at River Valley said the developer is shaving 10 per cent off the prices of its remaining apartments. A 1,010 sq ft apartment now costs $2.25 million.
    At Loft at Nathan, another River Valley project, a 1,980 sq ft penthouse that would previously cost about $1.8 million now costs about $1.7 million.
    Both projects are not new launches. The Straits Times understands that the two offers were made in response to the recent measures.
    Mr Donald Han, vice-chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, said: 'Developers are definitely watching the market now. They will probably re-assess the sector again towards the end of January, and perhaps we might see more offers then.'

    River Valley and Novena = sibei cluttered. Cannot imagine when all the construction completes. Even the tenant profile nowadays is worrisome. Seen some units at RV and many appears to be PRCs? Either students coming together to rent one unit or pple working in the night.

    But I must say the price gap between the resale and the new launches is huge in the CCR area. You can easily get a resale at River Valley at 1,300 or 1,400psf (Aspen Hts, UE Sq etc) but the new launches in RV are more than 2000psf. It's the new launches that is pulling up the index. The resale really lacklustre.

    total 26 - 5 sold as at end of last month, another 4 sold this week, left 5 typical units + 2 p/h = 10 units kept by developer and/or tenanted out already?
