    From the Noticeboard outside the development it is stated "Date of Completion: April 2015", so I suppose it will be plus minus around there.

    Updates as of 10-Aug-2014:

    1. Overall framework of the units has reached top level (Level 27)

    2. Windows Frames and Balcony Glass Railing have been completed up to level 22

    3. Guard House and surrounding gates are being built

    I like the location of RR is because of the layout is give up , because of the AC ledge . if not we are neighbor haha

    It is very hard to find a development which satisfies all our requirements. For RR, I guess I can still tolerate most of them. I don't really agree with the huge balcony provided. Luckily the shape is square so I can probably put the dining table there. Hahaha.

    I took a look at R38 and Vista Residences before. But in the end I gave them a miss, due to the close proximity they are to the CTE/PIE. I lived next to expressway before so I knew how it was like.

    the balcony is ok is the whole round of ac ledge i mean . and this ac ledge is counted into the sqf of the unit .abit wasted . the rest ok

    just for example : this what i mean only heehe .

    In fact I am on 13th floor, directly below sky garden.

    NoExit, I think what Oscar was trying to say, he has not paid more than 50% to the developer.

    It is interesting because most of the high-floor owners had paid up to 50% (completion of ceiling/roof stage).
