How about access card and resident card?
How about access card and resident card?
I am seeking help and advise from others in this thread as I am foreigner owning RR.
So after receiving the keys, is the developer helping the owner to apply and connect to power/water/internet/cable tv?
Or should the owner personnelly go down to the relevant agency.
What did the management helping to sort out all this?
Thank you in advance
Unfortunately, No. You have to sort out all these on your own.
For power/water/gas, it is very easy. Just go to SP Utility Office at HDB Hub to fill in the form and apply. You can also do it via internet at www.spservices.com.sg.
For internet/cable tv, it depends on which providers you are looking for, just need to turn up at their shop.
Anyone planning to do any further carpentary, invisible grilles, etc...?
Group buy of washing machines?
For homeowners who need to check for defects, here is a useful blogpost

Got my keys!!..
SP turned on my power and water this morning, then realized the water thing for my unit on the outside water riser was leaking. Need to get the condo people to tighten up the thing.
Apparently I'm not the first unit to kena, so please check yours too!
Yup, the water meter!
Mine was leaking cause wasn't screwed tight
Few agents were waiting downstairs when I was there
Can refer to this blog post to help in your defect checklist. Any one can share photos how it looks like inside?

*edit* pai say realised shared the link before.
Btw do if any of you intend to install glass curtain in your balcony? Does the condo management allow?
Hi , Collect my key already last week .
Like Weioscar said , i have been surrounded by agent and contractor for renovation
And meet my neighbour in there , it seem a lot of ppl want to rent out
Better be careful. Sometimes they intentionally leave these small things to waste your time and divert attention and energy. More serious defects you will miss out.
SP Services just came and said that my water flow is too small..feedback to management and they said will remove for regulator ..
Feedback :Management should open at least half day on Saturday.Every documents can only be submitted on weekday.
Any idea is RR comes with doorbell ?
I am curious why the 1st and 14th storey lift lobby have only 1 exit door.
Why can't the developer do it like the 2nd storey, which has 2 exit doors.
I have finished decorating my house..think we should have a gathering to visit each other houses..lol
Anyone can recommend contact for decking fixing?and any idea how much?

How much does a home elevator cost?
Home elevators cost a variable amount, so it’s hard to give an exact price. However, the cost will usually depend on the type, design, features, installation complexities, and several other factors. On average, a home elevator can range from several thousand dollars for basic models to over $100,000 for luxury or custom designs.
Will adding a home elevator increase the value of my home?
Typically, adding a home elevator will increase the value of your home as it adds convenience, accessibility, and, in many cases, a touch of luxury. It can also make the property more attractive to potential buyers who prioritize accessibility.
Is there a way to get an estimate on the total costs, including installation, for a home elevator?
Yes, most reputable home elevator companies offer free in-home consultations. They can assess your space, discuss your needs, and provide a detailed estimate on the total residential elevator cost.
