    Default Archipelago UOL Bedok Reservoir

    Starting another new thread as preview is tomorrow.

    Archipelago @ Bedok Reservoir, a 577-unit development featuring a combination of condo units and strata houses, is set to preview tomorrow.

    To be launched in phases, the first phase will comprise between 180 and 200 units and will fetch an average price of between S$1,000 psf and S$1,100 psf.

    According to The Business Times, tomorrow’s preview is for invited guests, as well as those who have registered interest with CBRE, DTZ, Knight Frank and Savills, the project’s marketing agents.

    Condo units at the 99-year leasehold development, which is located on a 491,080 sq ft site, comprise one- to five-bedroom units and penthouses, with the average price starting from S$600,000. There are 15 five-bedroom units and 51 penthouse units, including 15 penthouse lofts. The penthouses, which range between 1,432 sq ft and 3,434 sq ft, include four-, five- and five-bedroom-with-study units.

    Meanwhile, the five-bedroom strata houses measure 4,400 sq ft each and have an average selling price of more than S$3 million.

    Separately, more than 80 percent of units at Bedok Residences have been sold at an average price of S$1,350 psf.

    Despite the suicide stories, this project is about the closest you can get to the nature yet living near MRT and amenities ... will probably grep one for own stay ..

    Have received pricing information from agent for certain units. Understand from agent that the prices below are nett. For your reading pleasure:

    1) Blk 501 and 503
    a) 1 room 527sqf = $594K to $609K depending on floor
    b) 2 room 840sqf =$881K to $904K dito
    c) 3 room 1184sqf = $1,149K to $1,269K dito

    2) Blk 517
    a) 1 room 527sqf = $594K to $609K depending on floor
    b) 2 room 840sqf =$889K to $923K dito
    c) 3 room 1184sqf = $1,312K to $1,333K dito

    I pass by the place frequently on my way home.
    It is indeed a convenient spot.
    Unfortunately, only the top floor may have the reservoir view.
    No, I won't buy it at 1000psf.........

    I am going to wait and observe 1st.
    But I may go down when the place is launched to have "a feel".

    So far, when it comes to property, I have been the scavenger........ buying the last unit at a discounted price.

    This project looks good.

    Only 577 units on a big plot of land with affordable starting quantum of 600k for one bedder.

    Should sell out really fast.

    The fresh air and bird chirping in the morning is enough health benefit to some very stressed up person by the name of Basic ... you can always install removable magnetic mozzi net ... it is quite effective

    9am - 12noon - Sale of units to staff of developer and affiliated companies.
    1pm - 5pm - Preferential selection by VVIP buyers who have already submitted cheques.

    After VVIP preview, showroom will not be opened until further notice.
