I'm a East Lover. Used to stay in Tampines... always like the reservoir and low rise building. Archi fits well....
Hope the development will turn out nice but afraid it will be very cramp....

because lots of buyes will never ask block to block how many meters when they buliding up they reliease to close to each other .

Fairy, you are welcome. Recently busy with my new place so hardly visit archi site to check out the progress. I also believe the project will top sometime in early 2015.

If u visit the site, u will see that the stacks are actually not that close to one another ... Given that it's a low rise project, I don't think the project will feel very cramped.. so don't worry.

Hahaha, u have good memory! No la, currently keeping waterbank as a weekend home and to host simple gatherings ... Will rent it out next time when the interest dies down

Not surprised since the location is easily accessible by PIE, TPE and the bartley viaduct... Makes it quite ideal.

The plot is indeed super big. Good news would be having a pool of medical professionals as potential tenants, and proximity to medical care. But this is just a masterplan, May or may not be materialized.

Somehow I feel they love to feature Archi whenever there is any mentioning of private projects being near nature parks and yet within walking distance to amenities and (future) MRT.

BTW, i am not staying at the expensive cluster too, could not afford it, but they are really nice and big units.

Really love this project.

Probably the only condo built right inside the Bedok Reservior park, so need no crossing of that very busy Bedok Resevoir Rd to get to the park.

Near to MRT station.

Next to HDB amenities such as kopi shops and supermarkets.

Went to take a look at the board that stated the date of completion. It says 1-Dec-2014. Is it possible or even accurate?

I am guessing construction completion date in dec 14 may be possible, but that doesn't mean it will TOP soon after. Typically, much time will be catered for rounds of inspections and rectifications to be done.

I have had a unit which project construction was completed in Jan but the TOP was dragged till Jul the same year. But UOL seems to be always v fast.. Their Katong Regency is progressing v fast

Katong Regency is fast due to uol vested interest. The condo is sold out and the mall waiting to collect rent.
