    Not sure abt UOL since there were some eyebrows raised when mentioned previously, but the construction company Tiong Seng should be very reputable judging from their impressive portfolios like StRegis, RWS and Marina Finance Centre

    I am equally amazed with the sudden surge in sales over the past coupe of months ... I guess its a combi of factors - the 1/2BR showflat definitely helps in boosting up the sales, and also the kiasu syndrome in sgpreans ...

    Probably a handful of them were already eyeing for a unit there for quite some time but didnt take any action, hoping developer cannot finish selling and would give further discount.. but upon hearing less and less units left, they quickly rush in to grab the remaining units ...

    My relative is one of those people who bought it on 1st day of 7th month. Also see here and there and then see that units getting lesser...grab!

    Archi showflat should be closing soon, left w only PH n TH .... Maybe eCO prices will just help clear the handful of units left.

    Its seems like Tiong Seng did not have to dig deep for the basement cp, they just flatten the land to the same level as the bus stop and start construction up ...

    I know nuts abt construction, so cant really interpret much from the photos. But it seems to me that the B2 level carpark should be on the same level as the road.

    that is because the restriction is max 5 storey or < 45m AMSL

    so no need to dig very deep, won't exceed 45m with 5 storey right

    Means if they dig deep then Archi owners will enjoy 3.x m high ceiling? Hahaha ... No wonder construction cost quite ok for this site.

    If i dont recall wrongly, an agent told me that Archi has a higher ceiling than the typical condo project... so it could be 3.x m high celing but i cant confirm

    Ground floor is 3.4m, 2nd floor & above is 2.9m according to agent.

    so confirmed the penthouses cannot see the reservoir... only see the trees in front?.. Night time very scary leh.. i image heads hanging from the trees.. Listen to too much ghost stories when young.. now got negative impact..

    I think there's a chance cos from the picture, it looks like the centre block and the one to the left is on higher ground. I rem the 'scary' tree facing units are a food 80-100k more than the pool facing ones. Maybe the owners are ghost story lovers too.

    If construction goes on at same pace, this is definitely gonna TOP before euhabitat. Both are equally larger plot of land w many blocks.

    Yes, the physical building still there, with lights turned on when i drove past a couple of days ago. But not sure if it is still opened to the public, cos much of the showflat carpark spaces have already been boarded up for constructions.

    Project left with 3 units, all penthouses. Even all strata houses have been sold.

    I remember the project was initially not moving as fast as some other projects which were launched around the same time eg Bedok Res, EuHabitat, RippleBay, but now it has taken over them.

    Oh yes Oreo, the showflat is still opened.
