    just came back from site, a few points to share
    1. facilities are under sized
    2. colour scheme not so pleasant, brown roof,
    3. balcony - triangle shape, not practical
    4. for those reservior facing units, I doubt units can clear the treelines
    5. finishings : average

    price around $1,100, did not check further
    not so big the crowd...many many agents
    sales seem slow to me, perhaps just launched..

    if finishing average then sure lose to FEO marble finishing in the area liao. I though FEO finishing is quiet good.

    I think this will make the 1+study of waterfront gold a very very valuable item. The only small size unit in bedok reservoir having full reservoir view.

    I guess so, but at those quantums, surely the target market doesn't need the MRT at its doorstep? I was told a 4 bedder is from $1.8m. Is that right?

    By the way, how far is the upcoming MRT from Archipelago?

    Yes, only 56 unit.. And only half (23 unit) hv a full reservoir view...7th floor up.... And iam one of 23
