From where to see it is a partial TOP?? please advise
Refer to earlier posting.Originally Posted by Geylang lover
Before the BCA website update the TOP application status from SUSPENDED to APPROVED, it was stated as [PARTIAL TOP].
After it's status was updated to APPROVED, it was stated as [THIS TOP IS ISSUED FOR HOUSE NOS. 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13 & 15 LORONG 28 GEYLANG ONLY]
Seems that the TOP issued is for all the residential units.
What paperwork is this???Originally Posted by catlover
Oh, I'm planning to use my CPF $ to service the monthly Mortgage Loan payment, need to make an application to CPF. Need the CPF Board approval letter & approved amount, CPF will have legal rights. This stuff takes time, so better ensure it is done.Originally Posted by robdavies
Guess what's left when the developer's lawyers serve notice is that I'll need to pay the remaining cash balance, pay the stamp duty, my lawyer need to get Maybank to release the loan. I remember there will be some miscellaneous payment like 6-mth maintenance fee prepayment, surveyor report fee, etc... as well. All these before key is given to me, let's hope the lawyers work fast fast.
Developer served TOP to my lawyer liao.
yours on Lor28 or Lor30?Originally Posted by HOW

This TOP is for 1,3,5,7,9,11,15.
1,3,5 is along lorong 28. 7,9,11 ia along lorong 30.
ok.. then mine would be later.Originally Posted by HOW
The TOP should be together but the developer might serve the TOP at diff time.Originally Posted by KT@AR
I asked my lawyer to wrote in to request for my TOP to be served ASAP. Maybe that's the reason why I received it first.
BTW, my lawyer and the developer's lawyer shares the same office. So that could be another reason.
My lawyer also received notice from developer.
anyone from blk 15 receive their TOP??
mine is 3, have just received the lawyer letter.
I'm at Blk 3, and my lawyer also just confirmed they have received the letter from the developer. There are some cheques to be paid, and after they're cleared, we can call to arrange with the developer to collect the keys... yay!
mine stack #7 also received letter liao...

ATRIUM RESIDENCES MAINTENANCE FUND 3 @ 1.80 per share
It is stated in the letter

ATRIUM RESIDENCES MAINTENANCE FUND 3 :
Maintenance fund for common property at rate of $1.80 per share value
Stated in the BCA letter to Novelty.
so for example i have 50 shares...Originally Posted by HOW
means 50x$2.70=$135
+ 50x$1.80=90
Total =$225
+7% GST =$240.75
is that correct?
Based on what was stated. yes.Originally Posted by KT@AR
im from blk 7 too. I think is $180 right? Look like we must arrange a meet-up for all.

Call my lawyer this morning. The key can be collect on the 15 of this month. I pay $900 1/2 a year for maintance fees $600 for the common property which becuase of the shop infront of the project and the other fee is $200 or something like this. I find that the $600 is like paying for nothing. My lawyer will mail out the letter by today or tomoorow to me. Anyone share my views?
Folks, its great to see this thread active again. I had refused to post anything because of spoil-spots who were making fun of people like us who have invested in Geylang. I too, am excited now that I have received the TOP letter (my lawyer was nice enough to email me).Originally Posted by Geylang lover

yes, it would be great if we all can meet one of these days....
Fellow Atriumites!
Can I just check: How many of you are staying vs how many renting out.
I will start first:
I intend to stay at The Atrium residences for at least a 1 yr before renting it out. Its because its near Suntec City where I work at... and my wife's office is nearby at Geylang East Central. I love the designer furnishings - and honestly, if it wasn't for the bad perception of Geylang, I guess I would have made this my permanent home - with all the good food around
I wil be staying there.
Im staying too
will stay for at least 3 yrs
