    Its by Fragrance Group. Maybe they will just cut and paste kovan grandeur here and top within 1 year.

    Or they can do "triple key" townhouse units. Main Entrance with a foyer and stairs to level 2 and 3. Each level is a 600sqft MM 2 bedder unit.

    Owner can stay as a townhouse or rent out level 2 and level 3 as separate walk up MM apartments.

    a distance from the MRT and next to expressway way. I doubt it can sell high but FEO price is around 1000 psf or around 600k for 1 bedder

    S$1000 psf OCR barrier is being tested constantly even in north. machiam like stocks, rising to test the resistance..... once crossed then become support.

    Rosewood suites isn't high rise, would this have similar height limits? If not, it could block off a lot of the wind circulation.

    And more than 1/2 of the development are 1 bedders. From the artist drawings it seems to be Kovan Grandeur cut and paste and multiply.

    this surely has to be a joke. 15 blocks of 5 storey buildings (close to 700 units) will eat into the 300K sq ft land. Excellent location? OMG - surrounded by expressways and roads, and far from everything else apart from the sports school.

    This is mass condo living at its worst. Better to buy Minton instead!

    haha wad can u expect from a developer who is known for its fast speed and mostly mm projects as its track record?

    good luck to those who is interested in this project. probably appeals to Malaysia prs.

    Haha square feet per unit jus make it. But what turn me off is the super low GPR. I think it is worse than shaughnessy. At least at miltonia area got nature park reservoir and is very quiet. Maybe here can also play tissue paper wars.
