There's no need to rush payment.

You start early, your 2 year low interest ends early. Everyone gets TOP at the same time. So, you'd really want to be the last to start payment.

Wonder if anyone has gone to see the new D'NEST condo showroom? How is it as compared to The Palette condo.

Quite impressed with the 1,2 & compact 3-bedder units. Space is maximized with an additional planter attached to the bathroom which I think its a practical concept. Also throw in free island top (1-bedder only) and dining table. Worthwhile to take a look ^^

According to the agents, cheapest 1-bedder is 498k and 2-bedder comes up to 68xk during the VIP launch. That's cheap considering its location, no?

Most probably those are the units facing TPE.

Good thing is that this d-nest shields the palette from all of the traffic and mrt noise.

I don't think the noise from the mrt will reach all the way to Palette or D'Nest, right? The DBSS Pasir Ris One will be the one having the full impact. No?

TPE and one main road are neighbours to d'Nest, not MRT tracks.

You'd be surprised at how far the noise can travel.

The blocks near the pond can hear the train when it crosses the track and the regular train noise when conditions are right.

I know cos I live there.

With wide open space of course you will heard it. It gets amplified. You have to thank all these development (EC & BTO) along the track. This will put pressure on lta to install sound barriers earlier.

Maybe this is the reason... It's affecting all constructions.

Guess those stacks near the entrance would get the caveat letter before us. Now I can appreciate buying a ready to move in unit. The waiting period is quite painful.
