Install a ceiling fan <$100. What wind speed and when you want you can set.

what makes you think badly about foresq, pricing, feng shui,
    designs, transportation, mall?

what makes you think TH is a better buy.

You notice nowadays developer low profile and diam diam. even when a project sells reasonable well like Hillier, they no longer dare to "announce" to the whole world they manage to achieve >100 units in one day. They scared if they announce good sales, CM6 might come. Haha.

I think CM5 might in response to Bedok Residences queueing chaos

Hillier should have good views all round. Behind the Guilin hill shd be unblocked forever. Mindef view shd also be unblocked. Even face Hillvista side is fine as well. Front view high floors will have Bukit Timah hill.

Looks like market still very resilient, cash got no where to hide.... stocks tumble, fixed deposits low, unit trusts lose money.....

    Eventually, still go into property.

Seems like integrated projects with shopping malls and residences in the fashion now. Bedok Residences had created such a big hoo hah. Now is hillier though it does not come with a bus interchange or MRT with sheltered walkway.

sunplaza tried to enbloc but the owner refused cos price not good 2 years ago. I think still can enbloc so long all agreed to do so.

If there is a underground MRT above residential then i think it is near impossible.
