They will up their px to about 14xxpsf eventually.....tennery gd example.....

They cud sell more units one......bcoz now only launch up to 15th flr

Do you really pay this price at this time of uncertainty? My brothers already off-loaded 2 units in the last 3 months before the last measure as they are not so good locations.

Dun be surprise what i have earlier predicted that a dip of 5% initially and then rise for OCR.

Ppl think cannot go wrong at 11XX psf since SL bought BP land recently with target price much higher than that ... 11XXpsf for SOHO quite reasonable

18th level ... remind me of Hell ... how about The Hellier

To be able to sell more than 100 units in the rainy weather yesterday is quite a good performance. How many units were released? At 1,100+ psf, would be a better buy than Foresque and Tennery.

definitely better buy den forestkill!!!

forestkill is one of the BIGGEST BUBBLE in SG......shd only worth 8xx-9xxpsf at current market condition

i wud say hillier better den tennery too.....
