Why Bedok resevoir? Because people know that their bodies WILL be found after they die since the news always report it. Why not Pierce or Seletar or Macritchie? Because their bodies may never be found. It is secluded and because there have been no news from these places, it could be that no bodies have ever been found.

IMHO Bedok Residences and Bedok Reservoir Condos are a different kettle of fish that unfortunately share the same first name. Tampines is actually closer to the reservoir than Bedok.
The "spirits" from the reservoir (if any.. and if you believe in such things) are very unlikely to cross the "Dragon" (ie.... PIE) to get to Bedok Residences.

I think that is the peak OCR psf for this cycle (just look at Sky Habitat, cannot sell) ... of course it does not mean it will immediately crash, it could go flat for years and allow u to earn your rental income and chiong again one day
