SG is really going down this route ...haiz.... sometimes I wonder, SG is not HK, SG has a HDB which is cheap, spacious, and by all account as good aesthetically as these new condos.. will one day ppl suddenly realize it's not worth to live in tiny condos ? look at the new DBSS along the bedok reservoir road, looks almost the same as all the Waterfront * projects.
