bro, do you think this will materialize if the owners dont kick a fuss? it takes many years and just one revolution to change a dynasty

The link above contains information on how you can make a complain to CEA if you choose to. The form that you are talking about is also downloadable from the above website. You may also choose to make a verbal complain through calling 1800 6432555 if you do not wish to write in.

    Hope this helps.
Thank you. Just back from bs trip. Will lodge a complaint to CEA on mon. However, there is nth much we can do n i dont think dev will compensate us for mthly rental that we paid. Isnt it?

I do think you have any case to lodge a report against them unlesss there is a written note and signed by them during closing of deal.

You can try suing Jefrrey to recover damages. But guess hard to prove any wrong doing as the S&P is quite clear on TOP. Anyone needs a good law firm? I can refer. Small size law firm at Clifford Centre but very good legal people there.

Why are you concerned about our sex crazed uncle when you should be concerned for the completion of your condo!

Just pull the trigger first la, think abt dat later. we will end up grumbling here forever pointlessly while the agent, FG go scot free if we dont escalate juz becoz we think it wont make a difference

the developer might not pay rental rebates to the owner. Instead will pour in all resources and quicken the completion to quickly close the case.

nagative publicity is bad for the company, no matter who is right / wrong and jeopadizing the image of the company is the least they want to do.

suggest to all existing unhappy owners to advertise their unhappiness in straits time quarter page. perhaps wont cost much but give the case full publicity.

But Im not sure straits times will accept the request & risk future advertising revenues from Fragrance Group. LOL

yes and i think i speak for most of the owners that we are just demanding what we are verbally promised .. TOP 2102. Fix that - the furniture vouchers, cash compensation etc are superficial

Hmm there is already an article written on this on ST ..abt 1/4 page .. perhaps TODAY should carry it too to max publicity

i believe CEA is working on this. let's see how things progress

Was talking to a random housing agent today and mentioned about Suites@PL. Agent was quick to point out that there is a group of angry buyers about to turn the tables against the developer... Lol! Its all happening in this forum!

There is a proper clause in the standard S&P to deal with such delay.
I think a LD of 12%pa, based on certain sum. can't recall correctly

Bottomline is the legal S&P with owners' signature. Developer can say Agent or article in newspaper misrepresents them.
