My guess is early 2013. Fragrance / WCL can build many MMs within 1 year. Especially those with plot ratio capped at 5 stories.
Talk about such small project.... I visited Kovan Grandeur. 1bedder unit and it's really small.
It's good for single and also super easy to clean up the house. But it's definitely a super small unit.
How to rent out? If I were the tenants, I would want to rent a bigger and mre comfortable unit. Just my personal view though.
I think KG has no empty rooms now. Mostly rented out at 2-2.5k even for the 3xx sqft size. Everything is possible!
