1600 one is probably correct. 3000 sq ft guy conveniently put sq ft = rental.

Last time when i was still scouting for house, i was disappointed when i went to view the place cos the land area and price were different from the advertisment on the internet.

it was common last time but i thought CEA recently had some new rules which also applies to online adverts? i still see these adverts around. maybe can complain to CEA.

some agents dont even pick up the phone or answer your sms. they just keep your number in their database.... then mass sms out when new launch comes out...

Agree. I submitted my particulars & questions using their online form but so far never get any replies back instead I got so many sms telling me about new launches. But I think not all agents are like that, "one bamboo stick cannot hit the whole ship".
