A freehold Robin Road residential development is up for sale by tender, with more than 80 per cent owners' consent

The 40-year-old development sits on 23,084 sq ft of land off Bukit Timah Road, directly across from Singapore Chinese Girls Primary School and The Chinese International School.

Located about 250m from the upcoming Stevens MRT station, which is expected to be operational in 2015, the total gross floor area (GFA) allowed is approximately 35,550 sq ft, including 10 per cent GFA for balcony space.


The site may be configured into approximately 56 apartment units with an average size of 600 sq ft.


Owners are expecting offers from $58 million, equivalent to approximately $1,782 psf per plot ratio at GPR of 1.4 or $1,620 psf per plot ratio at GPR of 1.54.


Development charge is not payable for the redevelopment of the site up to the allowable plot ratio of 1.4 plus balcony GFA.
