    guy is very disciplined..., amazing, he has his microwave beside some rack where he placed his shoes in a cabinet/wardrobe...

    The guy 78sqft aptment is 3x smaller than our smallest MM Suites@Guillemard, (the smallest condo unit is 258 sqft)...

    Pure madness isn't it? I think such claustrophobic places of abodes are well suited for weirdos

    Anyway, won't be very long now. Stock markets are crashing thru the roof, and property prices will follow suit soon. Imagine when the market crashes, such unliveable mickey mouse apartments may only be worth $50k to $60k at most

    258 sqft includes the bathroom plus kitchen. Minus that would probably be about 120 sqft. Wow! For what they spent on that small space vs what people pay for this MM in Singapore, its ridiculous!

    How will he be able to change the mattress and furniture?
    The outside corridor is narrow, the entrance to bedroom turning radius also very small.
