    Default which group of residents in a condo is the nosiest?

    At times, it is very unbearable to see certain new rich's behaviour in a condo including their friends.

    Their noise, their behaviour, truly reflect the culture of new rich...

    My complaint is not so much the noise makers but smokers. Most are FTs and PRCs. They can flank very corners of the nice landscapes and puff away and make sure there is no fresh air for anyone, including kids.

    The other kind of ppl that I can't take are the NOSY (kaypoh) ones.
    These neighbours tend to spread wild rumours without you knowing it yourself.

    recently my condo they putting up singapore flag for national day so i told the condom manager why not put up india/bangladesh/filipino and prc flag.... ....i singaporean become 2nd class...

    CONFIRMED ABNN is the WORST because every corner they find they set up Mama stall....KNS everyday gather and talk KOK Loudly...with their blady children screaming and shouting....urghhhhh
