    Some people say 2013 will see dip in economy. Here say 2013 will see rental pick up? Everyone will have their own theory! Hmmm... which to believe?

    Changi Business Park seeing plenty of commercial space coming up. The whole place is shaping up quite nicely.

    Paya Lebar business district and Jurong Lake district too. People always need a roof over their head, but companies can just close shop and return the office space.
