probably trying to cheong this project and transfer the resources into the next few projects around they area. complete quickly, collect more money and bid more land. maybe that's why they can go bidding for a couple of projects lately.

The fellow tell me sorry no works in Dec 12 or Jan 13.
Can only start taking projects after chinese new year.
Is it the norm for most contractors at this"peak period"?

not exactly peak period, more to lack of manpower....
likely his men all go back home to their own countries to celebrate...

how does developer benefit by paying fast does that mean the progressive payment gets paid to them faster...

There are 4 new projects all together in Pasir ris.
One EC and 3 PCs.


PCs expecting to launch next year! one or two projects may launch before Chinese New Year.

Next year still another good year! property prices maintain flat, sales demands will be affected, accoring to property experts and based on my observations and monitoring.

Looking forward for a good 2013 year!!!
