For NV, my guess is likely 1Q 2013. For DB - I saw somewhere, it was advertised "lookout for TOP soon in 2012" So, pos any time from now. Latest by 4Q 2012.

But, if NV can be earlier, say 4Q 2012, great bonus as I am looking forward to celebrate NY there.

I think DB will be before year end. If you look up Property Guru, you seen some listing with interior pictures and also the DB thread have some photos that looks like it will complete 3Q or latest 4Q this year.

Near/adjacent to Simei MRT

DB likely to be earlier. From NV's progress (or lack of progress) in the past 3 weeks+, I think its not possible to TOP this year liao....so look forward to Q1 2013. Do join the FB group for the latest updates.

The main entrance arch was erected. Fencing wall was also up in a short time.
Took some pictures but just could not upload even though I have reduced
the file size in jpeg. Very frustrating. Used to be able to do it easily. Anybody can advise?

Quick updates.
1. Blk 83,85 - the blocks pretty much painted. Can see the protective covers for the windows already removed. Some parts of the planter grills also painted in white.
2. Blk 99, sliding door at the living room for some units still not up.
3. From TPE, it seems like there are still quite a lot of interior works to be done at stack 99.
4. Aircon compressor for 83,85....etc likely to be installed. Brand likely to be panasonic (judging from the length of the name of the brand, and the box colour scheme).
Don't think TOP this year is possible since the "milestone" (removal of scaffolding) is not even close. Assuming its removed by end of this month, I guess we will be looking at a end-Feb 2013 TOP.

CDL, Hong Leong sell Kranji site for S$240m. It seems they have less confident in the market.

Will they be also selling the plot of land at Pasir ris? So far did not see any bidding from them ever since URA and HDB release their land for public tender.

As you can see form the images, only blk 83 to 89 are looked completely finished. I think the constractors are rushing the blk 83 to 89 for completion and obtain the TOP first as they are under phase one.
