    What are your view on this project? Any enbloc /upside potential with all the buzz in JLD?

    Should have right? Outside latest land sale at jurong east is 705 psf... Still haven't build yet... Selling price should be 1300 to 1500 psf so I think ivory should have en bloc potential....

    Plus no more land for residential within walking distance to jurong east mrt or lakeside mrt
