Can share who provided you this information?Originally Posted by Worsty
For the bomb shelter shelving, it is not provided (there is a "display only" signage on the shelving in the 2-bedder showflat).
For double-glazed windows, can probably infer from the EuHabitat promotional materials - the ones that the agent show you in their portfolio files.

Yeah, i saw that after going to the showflat again hence i'm not too worked out over it since it's probably the agent's forgetting which is for which...going to ask them to just build anyway if they're not charging an arm and leg for it...Originally Posted by Tripp

Curious lor.... Since you condemn this development, I think many of us would like to know which development you have gotten so that we can have a chance to praise your choice of purchase.Originally Posted by Jcmillineum
Are you a PRC? You eat Muthu's curry? What's the relevance in this instance?
JCmillenium bought suites@paya lebar.
The Edge Singapore shows that quite a no. of buyers have hdb address.
Congrats to him then if he bought his unit at 8XX psf (which i seriously seriously doubt so)Originally Posted by hopeful
how to compare Suite@Paya Lebar with EuHabitat, apple and orange comparison ... but seriously, 900psf for euHabitat is not bad at all ... what was SOHO psf during preview?Originally Posted by Worsty

Love the concept though. Reminded me of my apartment in Melbourne back in my undergrad days.

As mentioned before in the thread earlier, i like
1) How it's near Katong, East Coast Road, Siglap while not paying D15 prices.
2) My close mates are all located in the East, i am living 5 mins drive away from Euhabitat at present so it's good that i'm still around the area.
3) Good ingress and egress routes (3 expressways nearby with the furthest being ECP down Jalan Eunos/Still road) to and out of the area. Not restricted to driving home or taking public transport (Can choose 3 different type of MRT line when the DTL is up) home via 1 route. My unit's away from the expressway and sheltered by other blocks in any case.
4) Located exactly in between my present place (parent's) and my gf's place (her parent's) so it's easy to get around to.
Believe that the shelves that you mentioned in the shelter are for Soho units only since they are not provided with wardrobe.Originally Posted by Worsty
ya, ru right, he bot there, perhaps a MM, and he was under heavy fire, under the Suites@Paya Lebar thread.Originally Posted by hopeful

I cannot find a single unit worth buying at Suites @ Paya Lebar.
Buying property is not a matter of just cheap or not cheap, but buying the right property is more important. Of course, timing is the most important.
Like Euhabitat, ya, there are ground floor SOHO unit perhaps at $950 to $1050, but I bot two for $1250 / $1330. Why? simple, those who paid for $950 is going to have great difficulties to rent out or sell next time.
yo...u paid so high....Originally Posted by Laguna

got 1st phase nice facing soho units available leh.....also got 4/5th flr condo 1bdr facing townhse (unblock oredi) at 9xxpsf
ya, I was overseas then for quite sometimesOriginally Posted by devilplate
price paid is net net
ground floor is much more expensive due to the 5m ceiling.
U can't hv a SOHO comfortably for a 3.6m ceiling ie 2nd floor and above
icic...bcoz 1st phase got not bad facing soho ground flr at 10xxpsf after nett discount....nid to submit chq b4hand though....Originally Posted by Laguna
The question is whether the facing can justify the 10-15% difference in psf. Is Tennery SOHO having 5m ceiling also? Also who dares to buy in preview when the project is not confirmed to be hot![]()
