    Seem like fortress walls are passe, occupy more footprint n theoretically more difficult to break down n remove than metal grille.

    Actually I don't fancy fortress wall. Prefer greenery fence for more natural look.

    All the townhouses were painted as compared with previously. The metal fencing flanking the pte estates was also painted in 'black' rather than the usual natural grey colour. Black colour as least looks more classic and elegant....

    It will all be worth it... FEO will assure top quality, which is the most important thing I guess....

    This depend on the contractor their workmanship nothing to do with long or short to top .

    they should be ensure quality within the initial estimated timeline. if they need to defer it more than once, it speaks a lot about the project management

    Just a quick ones. Finally see/feel some kind of 'finishing' towards the construction.

    - Main entrance (with barricade & side gate) no longer have construction materials lying around (all cleared)
    - Fencings as well as townhouses all painted and (LED) street lightings 👌🏼👌🏾👌🏿
    - Plantings surrounded to all fencings done.
    - Swimming pools w/out water could be seen from townhouses' side
    - All towers except townhouses, including car parks completed
    - 5 side gates excluding the main had installed

    Assessment = 85-95% completed !!!

    - Side gate.
    - Garden near the shop.
    - Unwrap view of balcony.
    - Tennis court with net and playground completed.
    - Water sprinkler at main entrance running.

    - First pic was solid.... Manage to take a pic of a roaster inside... Ha ha....

    Lol. The rooster pic has the most view. Jus curious - is the rooster inside or outside the development? Is it there for some religious/auspicious/superstitious purposes?

    Don't be misled...
    Minutes walk to mrt is referring to how many minutes walk? 30mins? 40mins?
    It's not walkable imo, by the time u get to the mrt station or vice versa , u whole body will be drenched given our nice cooling weather here!

    I only base on info from FEO website.

    In Feb 2015, last 1 soho unit for sale (earlier link)
    Now May 2015, shows 1+2 total 3 units for sale (latest link)

    Some units could have been sold without caveats lodged, so may not show up in URA data?
