quite a no. of times, I pass by the site and notice there is fumigation on-going at the site and notice these few poor houses facing Jalan Eunos kanna smoked out and let alone the massive construction at their backyard literally! The Euhabitat site is actually massive and it must be terrible to be staying in there for the next 2-3 years ...
Any reason why are they still there? Declined FEO buy over? Oh, did I mention they are sticking out like sore thumb?
There are 4 Semi-Ds & 1 Detached house at Jalan Eunos, next to EuHabitat site. Not sure if the units are on FH land.
FEO bought the EuHabitat site via GLS (99LH). Not sure if FEO made any effort to contact the owners to buy over their land. If yes, it probably (but not necessarily) explains the near 1 year gap between securing the site and site construction.
I also wonder if any of the owners got a unit at EuHabitat?

The ingress/egress of EuHabitat is just before the housing cluster, so I guess the residents won't be disturbing them much.
Unless, there is still rampant illegal parking along Jalan Eunos.
