2k psf better cross the road and buy other side true seaview facing..... Caribbeans selling 1500++ psf only right. Face high way is a major turn off. Some more pple drive very fast on this highway. Lots of heavy vehicles also.

But if they successfully sell for 2k psf, its great news for everyone around the area.

This should be better than Foresta in terms of facilities, height, etc. Is it a great buy?

compared to foresta, definitely better buy since similar pricing.

i believe this project will received strong demand...

    FH+MRT+near town+full condo facilities=Sell out

however, i wud rather pay abit more for D9 condos like vermont which r selling for 22xxpsf for their bigger units

bcoz foresta achieved 70-80% at 2kpsf....duno wats the latest figure now

and based on tat, i believe this one which is priced at 1800-1900psf(slightly lower den foresta) wif full condo facilities n nearer to MRT shd be sell out or close to sell out la....hehe

the bigger units probably got leftover la....60% LTV leh....vitamin M not enuff wor

i believe investors will rerate FH status and more willing to pay a premium to it now....bcoz market is flooded wif too many 99LH condos....suddenly got one FH and 'affordable' quantum....they will plunge into it

the 1/2 bdr still affordable for investors....2bdr 1.5mio...can sell
