To get en bloc for bayshore park quite tough coz many signatories needed and from what I heard many are anti-en bloc with many prefering to live there or rent out. for many owners who bought bayshore cheaply, it is a cash cow to them. They may have changed their perspective now

bayshore park is almost 10 years older than The Bayshore and prices are almost on par.

It seems The Bayshore seeems a better buy but i heard mixed story bout rental in that area due to no mrt...

I think the main reason is The Bayshore is blocked by Costa de Sol. So limited seaview compared to Bayshore park
