WT has both, hence the big bucks! Developers laughing all the way to bank and back a few rounds liau.
and would one consider places like bartley and potong pasir heartland?
dunno about others.. but i don't consider those to be heartland.

This is Sin Ming. Sin Ming also HDB flats area. Some more funeral parlour exclusive area. This area is not exclusively private - has more HDB and funeral parlour than private.

my bet is mrt will be beside the secondary school along sin ming ave
I am guessing the exit will be opposite ai tong.
I thought the station should be in the big plot of land next to Bishan Park Sec Sch. There have been many soil investigations rigs in that location.Originally Posted by kane
There was a lot at the grass patch opposite ai tong as well. Anyway, it could be another exit. All is quite near. For maximum benefit, they need to cater to both clusters of hdb. One way is to put an exit between both clusters.

Few owners already gotten the letter already....but the lawyers office still answered "i dont know" from PKWA and then pushed it to the developer" call the developer if you want to know more!"
....i loved the answer from Luxury Green, : "hmmm, in this case you can wait lah, just wait and collect the money for the penalty and subsidise for your reno mah!"
and then added,
: "by the way, if the contract stated 8th nov, i think they do or die will also give you lah....i think the paper work are handed to their office liao!"
Just love these two women who happened to answer the phone call.
