Impressive strategy...no wonder over-the-top marketing and showroom "clap clap"
my general observation.
Cheaper show room is better than very expansive show room
The dearer it is, the bigger the fish to be netted.
Anyway, small fish can swim out of the net easily. The big ones get harvested first.
If the project can sell on its on, you dun even need a show room.
all the "roman" marbles are over decorated and looks only for "lau uncle" to appreciate...black flooring really doesn't appease me..Originally Posted by mantrix
there some bargains though in the development....below 1kpsf can be had.
Do you mean the marble is dark colour? Are there any veins in the marble slabs?
The Grand showroom is for the liking of hongkie buyers !
Anyone took pictures of the showflat?Originally Posted by pupboy

marble in the hall not dark but a little light brownie and big slab, claimed as expensive.Originally Posted by DC33_2008

Dark coloured marble in Blue or black is usually more expensive.Originally Posted by Lovelle
Do those bus loads of Hong Kongers come from HK or they are already staying in Singapore?

So much bling 8M? I think they are pulling a screen over buyers eyes... to pay so much for a far out location with all the window dressing....
i don't have the authority to check their passport but seems like touristOriginally Posted by ysyap
they did it for vision and going even further for TG. what you see is what you don't get. LOL.

yeah rite, read the article, they are so snobbish, hinting that even their employees cannot afford the decorations.
so no way they will sell to me at a bargain.

Those who bought the strata houses probably could easily afford the decoration.
U sure? $8 million leh. Even can afford also may not wanna invest in them. In any case, those decorations are shipped back to HK to be "recycled" in other projects.

That would make more sense, they probably have a warehouse full of ID items in HK. My point is those people who bought the strata probably feel money is no issue. So those decorations will probably be chop change for them. Our rational thinking doesn't seem to apply to them.Originally Posted by ysyap
$8m is for the whole showflat, the reusable items very likely be less than $2m or even $1m and the rest all go down to the drain after the show flat is torn down. What a wasteOriginally Posted by Wild Falcon
This project is like people who must look good on the outside which will give them confidence. They would have already close deals with wealthy China Chinese. They love class and grand design.
If you stay inside TG, plenty of cheena activities...it's like a mini-chinatown
I'll be wary of keeping dogs as pets there
