Cheaper show room is better than very expansive show room

The dearer it is, the bigger the fish to be netted.

Anyway, small fish can swim out of the net easily. The big ones get harvested first.

If the project can sell on its on, you dun even need a show room.

all the "roman" marbles are over decorated and looks only for "lau uncle" to appreciate...black flooring really doesn't appease me..

If you buy a unit there, just bargain to get those decorations once the showflat is torn down. It may well solve most of your reno headaches... hahaha!

That would make more sense, they probably have a warehouse full of ID items in HK. My point is those people who bought the strata probably feel money is no issue. So those decorations will probably be chop change for them. Our rational thinking doesn't seem to apply to them.

$8m is for the whole showflat, the reusable items very likely be less than $2m or even $1m and the rest all go down to the drain after the show flat is torn down. What a waste

This project is like people who must look good on the outside which will give them confidence. They would have already close deals with wealthy China Chinese. They love class and grand design.
