the rainshower is nice indeed. and they took the pains to put the crystals in a u-shape to illustrate the thickness of the wall with some expensive props, which was pretty amusing.

So how was sales yesterday? Were all 20 units snapped up and any announcement on new releases today? I strongly feel that this project has created a new benchmark in OCR housing prices. All agents will use this as a talk point to their potential buyers.

Yes this is RCR but it certainly does not offer that RCR feel. Rest of central region??? So so far from central, maybe amk central. Anyway this project, at the rate that units are snapped up, it creating that kind of housing purchase craze that was present in our market before 2008/9. So is this healthy or dangerous?

I think the buying is fake one.

So anyone actually bought a unit there?? never trust developers words lah. I only believe it when developers say it is SOLD OUT and you cannot buy....

If a development is really selling fast, it will be sold out in a week and you cannot get any more units.

Nowadays, all the developments say sell very fast but you still see ads for sale months after it is launched.

Another gimmick they have is they only launch 20 units so if 20 units are taken in one weekend, they'll advertise sold out project for phase 1. Look out for phase 2 tomorrow.

This is very HK style. They always do this " additional 20 for today" etc.

    D'Leedon is now looking cheap.

I remember when I bought my first EC.

Launching on weekend I think but beginning of the week people already start queueing....

bobian must join the queue. I think queued for 2 days, developer decides to sell early. Within 1-2 days, all the units is sold out.

Puzzled why people buy house in such development unless they are non-singaporean. Monthly maintenance of a landed property is not so much on our own.
