So how was sales yesterday? Were all 20 units snapped up and any announcement on new releases today? I strongly feel that this project has created a new benchmark in OCR housing prices. All agents will use this as a talk point to their potential buyers.![]()

If a development is really selling fast, it will be sold out in a week and you cannot get any more units.
Nowadays, all the developments say sell very fast but you still see ads for sale months after it is launched.
