1. Yishun population will increase another 25% with BTO in N3, N4 & "totally new" N5.
2. Seletar Aerohub (main)
3. Punggol (BTO & pte)
4. Pasir Ris (mainly pte)
5. CIA
These are the places that NCL will run. Connecting north to the norheast & far East, but that will happen after 1 of the existing constructing line has been completed.
