    How's the sales so far?

    Heard some Huttons agents complaint to Developer for letting Developer's associates snapping up choice units. Really fighting over choice units there. Walk in where got chance? This world is so unfair.

    Can really see a lot of show there...

    below $700k units... very good to eat.

    below $750k units... like EC pricing

    below $800k units... looking like condo pricing

    below $850k... still can eat...

    above $850k... i think that is premium pricing.

    this project will be dead in 3 days.. all quiet.

    Then see public launch got luck or not...

    yes... Cranberries Residences are better to eat...

    they developers may aim for the 2.1 if their units did not move.. set a baseline for the other developer to bid. Protect their eggs.

    From wat I see there, it's ballot to go in and choose. first come first serve basis. In cases like this, the best units gets sold first if budget is not a issue.

    call huttons agents lah. They very free..

    $750 psf best price I think. No discounts as they are all gimmicks, inflate and deflate.. just go for the nett nett price will do.

    I bio stack 22 and it was fully sold even before it is open for vvip special preview....so got $ also cannot buy....
