The past 2-3 months launches are all the lousy site launches.. foresque, h2o, terrasse, miltonia, woodhaven, hedges park, 8cy, seastrand.. they are all the lousiest sites of OCR.. some priced it cheap eg 8C, hedges, while some priced ridiculously high eg foresque, terrasse.. cheap one still can consider if it's for self-stay and tight budget.. otherwise just treat these 2-3 months as holiday.. wait for the better ones beside mrt to come out in the 2-3 months later.. for now, conserve energy and $$..

Haha....but prepare to pay 1.1-1.3kpsf for better sites....the bedok one cud possibly hit 1.5kpsf for 1bdr

Went there during lunch time to kapo. 3 bedroom best view sold around 1.06m. There are not many left. 2nd floor 3 bedroom around 998k facing golf course.

Lots of people there and heard around 76 units sold this morning.

The best view stack was sold to their internal staff. Even if you have the $ also cannot buy. lol

yes... Cranberries Residences are better to eat...

they developers may aim for the 2.1 if their units did not move.. set a baseline for the other developer to bid. Protect their eggs.

When your name is drawn, it is up to you whether you want to look at the showroom first or chiong straight to the booking booth to book you desired unit.

This does not mean you will get the unit right? still need to ballot if there are more than one buyer.

From wat I see there, it's ballot to go in and choose. first come first serve basis. In cases like this, the best units gets sold first if budget is not a issue.
