Default looking for en bloc to rent asap

    Hello folks,

Wonder if you could help me please

I currently live in Leedon heights and as it's going on en bloc, we have to be out at the end of June this year.

I want to find another en bloc place asap as there the best value and being a tennis coach I need to have a tennis court

    3 bedroom is ideal.

I found this list, would this be the one to go by - http://www.chanlawrence.com/2010/02/...-for-2010.html

What would you suggest guys and also is it better top try and talk to the mgt office of these condos instead of the agents?

    Appreciate your help

    cheers

How about Pandan Valley or Pine Grove?

Heard from a friend, he just rented a unit at Pandan V for $3k+ per mth for his own stay and the unit is quite big...., both also have tennis courts

No need look so far, why not tulip garden? Two tennis courts, only 100+ units sure can book your courts....

Do a profiling of the development first on % of children in that estate who want to take up tennis lesson first. They maybe ready client for you. Win-win situation.

Isn't a new condo near to MRT with tennis court appeals even more to potential tennis students?

First, you don't have to potentially move so venue is pretty fixed and parents like that.

Second, the maintenance work to be done in the house is definitely less than an old condo plus its pretty comfortable to stay.

Third, the price can still be reasonably negotiable if its OCR and pretty competitive too. You can also try ECs moer than 5 years old. Think most ECs have tennis courts too and some are even near to MRT.

Since most condos are asking above $3k to $4k for entire 3 bedder units and even up to $2k for 1 bedder, don't think getting an en bloc potential unit can be very much cheaper than a newer condo...
