    viridian cant sell the last time was due to its high price.
    now i cant see it selling well unless there is a great discount.
    whether savills,huttons or era as marketing agent doesnt make a difference actually.

    Dunno bro. I think they intend to keep the units for 5years and sell at 2500psf.

    If I am the developer, I will cut losses immediately and sell at 1200psf.

    Jalan Ampas in Malay / bahasa Indonesia means 'waste' road..

    No idea why this road is named like that but it's such an inauspicious meaning.
    Location wise it's also not nearby any bus stop, MRT. There is an old Chinese temple beside it and also 2 old folks home.

    Wonder why Global Orion chooses this site to launch an executive condo.
    Anyone knows what was their break-even price after taking over the flatted factory site?

    Area has not very well maintained old industrial buildings. DLotus garnered first batch owners quite handsome profit. Also near to an internation school.
