    That's why I feel not wise to do all your property investment in Singapore.
    Must diversify a bit. You never know what happen.

    Recently, this christopher balding from peking university wrote a blog on the mystery surrounding our reserves and CPF..
    Scary stuff and can cause panic if ever the finance community picked it up and try to test our defense.

    With the prevailing wind direction, it will spread from punggol to changi. It is larger than jurong island NE and SW are critical.

    there are so many ECs and condo new sales in Pasir Ris, Pungol and Tampines. dont tell me someone already know ahead of us.

    best for self stay will now be Lim Chu Kang.

    It will be at least take another 10 years for your statement to come true. By that time, owner already sold theirs. No worries to buy now.

    Someone was saying Jurong residents will breath in micro particles that cause cancer....now looks like when the wind starts to blow consistently in certain months when those plants are in full operation, it will be even worst...
