    Saw the artist impression look so much like bto flat. So ugly. Never like proj that shows multi storey carparks. Prefer basement car parking.

    Went to have a look just now, the 721sqft 2 bedroom unit seems quite ok in size for 2 adults and 1 child. Price for the lower floor 2 bedroom units (689-764sqft) around 900k++ around 1280psf to 1300++psf.
