I got a brochure quoting latest psf > $1,103 achieved for a 3-bedder but still awaiting confirming news from streetsine.com to nail actual unit. Yes, I got a unit in OL for those interested.

Why don't you check with FCL. The main contractor then is South China Construction incl the furnishing. I way I see it it needs some servicing , realigning the door , not need to replace.

Seems like this OL has a fair bit of shobby workmanship. My friend's unit tiles pop out.

Nice place with a gardenia vending machine.

Those who are buying into OL - Remember to factor in a $100k premium to hack away the tiles for replacement.

I find the build up very dense with not much space for greenery. W28 and the surrounding projects are no better. Think I'll skip this place.

I heard that the row of houses along Woodsville Close are going for enbloc. Stumbling block is the Tamil Association who does not want to shift. I hope it does not go through as everywhere construction and highrise skinny projects like Parc Aston.

No problem. Just renovate after 5 years. Things that cannot change are location and view.

I bought my OL at $625 psf just b4 Apr 2006 Potong Pasir Election. Times have passed and things have changed at PP. I am still staying here for good for my children , for all the convenience, near to town, first class view (top floor) of CBD, fireworks etc. It is the only full-fledged FH Condo in city fringe area.
