wonder if anyone know how many % sold at this project?
Ura website has the answer to your question.
Are garden duplex units available in other development?
70% i.e. 285 out of 414 unitsOriginally Posted by CondoSearch

Actually, I checked URA Caveats lodged for the number of units shown there, which I supposed is more accurate unless they have not updated.Originally Posted by snoopy
Since Last year Mid-Nov, i was informed by the agent onsite @showroom around 320++ units sold, remaining 80 over units. So unless he gave me the wrong the numbers.Originally Posted by chanel
Not sure if my understanding is correct but URA website only reflects the number of units with caveats lodged. Some owners may opt not to lodge caveat...Originally Posted by chanel

search at the above link is the most accurate as some owners (esp. for new home sales) may not lodge caveat.

This is another development good for own stay, but not as rental investment.
However, for own stay, I'd much prefer to get FH. The LH status stopped me from buying.... even though I like the development a lot. So many things to like about this place. Sigh....
This was considered expensive last year. But since the launch of Sky habitat, hear that only 14 units left.Originally Posted by Sleepyhead

MCL is running out of land site. I think they will bid aggressive for the next few plot of land.
Cheap pricing. Cheap finishing. Cheap workmanship. Check out their completed projects.Originally Posted by blackapple
are there "real-life examples" or finished projects on the co-relation between higher profit margin for developers & it's quality?
i always believe that low profit margin = inferior quality/workmanship/finishing.
but i can't conclude that by paying more to the developers, they will provide better main contractor & better construction material. or all of them will be profit maximising business pple?![]()
