Such a development is probably appropriate for retirees who are not too old to drive and want to be in the heart of a young forest. Condos always have artist impression where they stand in the middle of vegetation, even though they are located in CBD. This is the one of those that will look correct with vegetation surrounding it.

In fact, retirees should be in the action area to keep them engaged. Otherwise, they will be brain dead very soon.

...ever heard about the aging population? And the new generatioin who prefer not to live with their parents? If indeed the silver ones are the target...there is a sizeable market, plus its those who are above 45 that have the means to buy into property anyway.......its just a case of trying to run before learning to walk for the younger generation these days....nobody believe in thriftiness, living within your means........and a big dose of envy and 'I want".........and that's why we loose George Yeo ....its easy to stir the young sentiments because they demand instant gratification....

Some of the kids grew up may have a few properties left behind by their parents, in particular those with only child. They have a choice to stay in one of them or sell them and buy a new one.

...perhaps someone is beginning to get the idea.....its all about packaging and perception...otherwise why people still do not buy into certain areas like CCk, hougang etc...likewise Bishan was thought to be a place to avoid in the beginning......why do Holland V resident think they are high class in a high class area......thus drawing in the yuppies.....looking at the development nearby, perhaps Ghim Moh will be trendy next...so look at the shifting perception......FR and TH is the start of a new cluster, and if the upcoming development continues to package their development properly, it could evolve....after all, its pretty encircled by landed property ...and its also a popular trail biking haunt - the zheghua park on weekends plus the chestnut park coming up....at least you do not stare into HDB blocks.....like clover by the park....which technically in a much better location accessibility-wise.

were there any creative markings on the floor to say this will be the world instead of glass or have they done away with all that and show the unit as it will be.
