    Units facing park & water canal is quite peaceful...worth a buy?

    Heard developer wants to launch at 1400-1450 psf because the area is Orchard Road of Geylang!

    Heard this project gona launch on average $1250psf.

    Is this project worth buying?
    So many similar sized condo around this project and waterina was very cheap last time when it launch.

    Can condos, ESP this project hit above 1400psf for buyer to break-even?

    dun buy....probably only centra hts can buy as its having sims ave address....but fully sold liao....look elsewhr....how about subsale studios at waterbank....but i tink quantum 680k+(prices din really move up alot yet since 1yr ago)

    Bro, is this one sold out?

    This one is just in front of the "river revitalization" construction, hopefully they do a proper job this time. The original playground was dark and dismal. That row of terrace houses in front of the playground are also aging badly, I wonder if they will enbloc. The Paya Lebar circle entrance is nearby < 200m, NTUC and a POSB ATM is just downstairs, lot's of eateries ..

    Yes, this one sold its last 2 units in May 2012 as well.
