    For Leonie Hill Residences,
    URA has that data.
    Streetsine don't have.
wah, people now start to underdeclare already.

one tree hill MANSION 1120 not RESIDENCES, so nothing strange

one tree hill mansion or residences 1120 still cheap ... location good

for both caveat ... i suspects (and hope) its a typo error ...
more like 1954 psf and 2120 psf ...

if it is true 954 and 1120 psf i think mkt will collapse .....

One tree hill MANSION has average around 1000-1200psf, so nothing strange
    One tree hill RESIDENCES 18xx-19xxpsf.

so the only odd one is the Leonie Hill Residences

It is not unusual that URA makes typo mistakes. Alternatively, it could be sales of half share values (or whatever %) to coowner/owners.

yah. to add, one tree hill mansion is 99 years leasehold from 1973. so 1100psf also has time ticking away.

    can sell half share ??

shouldnt it be say half of 1410 sqft = 705 sqft at say 1908 psf

instead of 1410 sqft at 954 psf ?

Don't think strata floor area can be changed but can always buy the other half value from co-owner. (if 2 owners each own 50%)
