    Hi Bro
I have checked the bca's website as today n indeed the developer has applied with csc application for site inspection. This is same as Estuary condo but the csc inspection is tomorrow as mentioned by the processing officer. U may call the relevant processing officer for clarrification of the inspection date for CR condo. If everything goes well with the inspection, I think developer will apply for BCA-TOP-APPLN. Approval usually takes about a month by bca before developer can release keys subject to no outstanding issue.
Congrats to CR owners... I think maybe by mid May...below is status for Estuary condo....

Plan Ref No. Application Type Status Date/Time View Details

Quite standard for floor to ceiling height of 2.8-2.9m for condo. CR is low rise housing, 2.5 yesrs is normal speed I guess.. but other future projects may slow down due to less workers available.

8CY also very fast. NV even faster!. Estuary is slightly over 3 years which I think also a normal speed. Just that nowadays, some ppl has high expectations on the speed. Anyway, choose those housing using precast system if u expect very fast construction time.

Fast as in they just done the inspection, and got the TOP approved the same day, no need to wait for a month or two, like others.

I am surprised too... I still see a wall facing Ave 2 need to be repaint as there is an obvious touch-up area...

i guess the fibre only installed inside the DBbox.. You may still need to figure how to pull it out if you want to have the wireless unit somewhere else..

My unit is not a patio, the pix i posted just a random check on the units within CR.. my unit also had the fibre installed as indicated in open-net website.

You could request from BCA by dropping a mail from their related officer for public quires.
